Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed in Córdoba and sent tracked. Below is how long processing takes, the transport estimate, and how the shipping charge is calculated.

Processing: 1 to 3 business days

We pick, check and pack within 1 to 3 business days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays. Weekend orders begin on the next business day. If a jean or a skirt is unavailable we contact you before dispatch and adjust or refund the order.

Transport: estimated 15 business days

Transport is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch. Customs handling, carrier volume and public holidays can extend it, and remote addresses sit at the end of the window. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Shipping cost by distance

The charge is calculated from the distance between Córdoba and your delivery address and is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no thresholds and no minimum order: the price at checkout is the price charged.

Delivery attempts and address

Please give a mobile number and an address where somebody can receive the parcel. Two attempts are normally made before a parcel returns to the depot; resending a returned parcel is charged again at the same distance-based rate.

Damage and loss

Inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage, faults or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery. Report a parcel that the carrier says was delivered but that never reached you within 7 days of the delivery scan. We handle the carrier claim and replace or refund the affected items.

Duties outside the EU

Orders delivered inside the European Union carry no import duty. Deliveries outside the EU may attract duty and import tax on arrival, payable by the recipient.
