Terms of service

These terms cover davenza.shop and every purchase made through it. The seller is DAVID REYES OLIVENCIA, Calle Poeta Muhammad Iqbal 4, 14010 Córdoba, Spain (contact@davenza.shop).

Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted when the confirmation email is sent. Prices are in United States dollars and include the distance-based shipping charge shown at checkout. Where a price has been listed in error we may cancel and refund the order instead of charging the incorrect amount.

Processing and delivery

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Transport is estimated at 15 business days from dispatch and every parcel is tracked. Customs, carrier volume and public holidays can extend the estimate.

Denim and garment care

Measurements are taken flat with a tolerance of about 2 cm. Raw and dark washes are described as such and will release colour in the first washes; wash them cold and inside out. Stretch denim relaxes slightly with wear.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through the providers shown there; we never store card data. If your card is issued in another currency your bank applies its own rate and may charge a fee.

Returns

The refund policy forms part of these terms: 14 days to withdraw, 48 hours to report damage, 7 days to report a missing parcel, and garments returned unworn with tags attached.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy the site for commercial use, interfere with its operation, or place an order without intending to pay. We may refuse an order that appears fraudulent.

Liability and governing law

We are liable for goods not as described and for foreseeable losses caused by our failure to perform these terms. Nothing here reduces your consumer rights. Spanish law governs; consumers may bring disputes in the courts of their own place of residence where the law allows.
